Exciting opportunity to drive global loyalty program success at a leading tech distribution company!
Join a dynamic team where you'll manage worldwide loyalty programs that connect technology vendors with channel partners. This 12-month contract position (maternity coverage) offers hybrid flexibility from either Irvine, CA or Buffalo, NY.
As the Global Marketing Program Manager, you'll: Collaborate with international teams to develop and implement customer loyalty benefits Create platform strategies that enhance member experience and drive engagement Manage benefit procurement, delivery, and vendor sponsorships Analyze program performance to deliver actionable insights This role is perfect for an experienced marketing professional with 7+ years in marketing (3+ in loyalty programs) who thrives in a fast-paced global environment working across multiple time zones.
Summary:
The main function of a global marketing program manager is to plan, direct, and manage the development and deployment of marketing activities and customer loyalty benefits.
Job Responsibilities:
Work closely with in-country marketing and sales teams and global product development and platform services teams to drive program development, implementation and adoption aligned with company strategy. Manage the procurement, inventory, and delivery of global loyalty program benefits including request fulfillment and mailbox management. Develop and disseminate platform-based marketing strategies to improve member experience, increase platform engagement, and influence sales. Partner with global account management and local marketing teams to drive vendor sponsorship of program benefits and member engagement. Manage budget and track expenses of global benefits delivery. Collaborate with local marketing teams to analyze program performance metrics and customer data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports on program performance, customer insights, and ROI for executive leadership. Skills:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Strong collaboration, leadership, and mentoring skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field Proven experience in managing loyalty programs, preferably on a global scale. Experience in digital marketing campaign production, execution, and measurement Minimum 7 years' experience in marketing, minimum 3 years' experience managing loyalty programs.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 to $55/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
