Work at America's Car-Mart
- Interact with customers service needs in person and via phone to listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely responses.
- Schedule service appointments and tows as needed.
- Schedule appointments, take orders, provide estimates, monitor service progress and provide updates to customers.
- Review customer accounts and connect customers to mechanics as well as order parts.
- Manage complaints, returns, and resolve customer grievances.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct manager.
- Daily attendance, following company policies and procedures are essential in the success of this position.
