We’re seeking a Marketer to join our growing team! Reliability, trustworthiness, and consistency with regard to attendance is extremely important to this job. Responsibilities- Develop and implement facility marketing plans, including a minimum of 24 hours per week of calling or meeting with hospital discharge planners, physicians, senior citizen organizations, and/or social service organizations.
- Make speaking presentations on long-term care, aging, or other appropriate topics to local community groups.
- Conduct facility tours and complete daily admissions process for prospective residents.
- Prepare weekly reports as required.
- Promote internal efforts for community relations programs.
Requirements- Marketing or community relations experience, including knowledge of the health care industry.
- Excellent people skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and in public speaking situations.
- Requires the ability to work independently.
- Extensive local travel.
