Join to apply for the Marketing Coordinator role at Lynn University 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Summary: The Marketing Coordinator's primary role is to support the Director of Marketing Operations in managing a comprehensive integrated marketing communications plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and timely delivery of projects that creatively promote Lynn University's student experience, academic programs, and innovations. Job Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities Contribute to the development of university-wide marketing programs and deliverables. Adhere to project requirements including brand strategy, deadlines, and budgets. Ensure quality assurance by following established workflows. Own or support team projects; collaborate with copywriters, photographers, designers, web developers, marketing and public relations specialists to meet university objectives. Conduct trend and market research per vertical and target audience, including planning and analysis; maintain quarterly KPI reports. Support the campus store with coverage, execution of marketing plan deliverables, and other support as needed. Assist the events team with logistics as necessary. Project Management and Traffic Coordination Assist with daily project-related tasks: update teams, build timelines, route proofs, etc. Ensure projects remain on schedule; recommend adjustments as needed. Support project management software configuration; define and communicate processes. Coordinate with departments across the university to ensure on-time delivery of marketing projects. Monitor processes to ensure continuous flow of materials and on-time delivery. Troubleshoot issues to keep projects on schedule. Monitor communication and workflow between departments. Other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of project management concepts and software. Knowledge of marketing concepts. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Apple technologies. Understanding of project management and marketing automation tools (e.g., Workamajig). Ability to work independently and in a team. Excellent customer service skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented. Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university. One to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
