What You Will Do:
The role will lead and execute SkinCeuticals E-Commerce content, inclusive of site, CRM and programmatic media content for all E-Commerce activations. This role requires a deep understanding of E-Commerce content best practices, content creation, SEO and data analysis. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and implementing campaigns.
Specific responsibilities include:
SEO & E-Commerce Content Strategy
Help execute the SEO strategy, conducting keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building activities. Manage the creation and maintenance of high-quality, engaging website content, including blog posts, articles, product descriptions, alt image tags, and other website copy for all launches, animations and evergreen needs. Leverage AI tools (e.g., Writer AI) for fast to market SEO Content and train team members on the tools. Manage Opera uploads, ensuring all launch and animation content is uploaded 4.5 months prior to PAD dates. Shoot + Content Support
Support ecommerce content shoots, assisting with pre-production planning, on-set execution, and post-production. Partner with team Director, marketing leads and creative team to collect all post-production feedback to be shared with agency. Create master asset lists to ensure and align with key markets to ensure all needed assets are created for launches and animations.
Collaboration & Partnership
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, market e-commerce, IT) to ensure alignment of digital content strategies. Collaborate with other digital team members (e.g, social team) to ensure ecommerce needs are captured in shoot content. Collaborate with Director and tech lead on content needs for UX optimizations. Partner with creative project managers to ensure projects are running on time. Manage MT junior talent. Reporting & Insights:
Work closely with Director and tech lead and key markets to understand content performance and optimize when needed. Work with team Director and SEO agency on SEO insights and optimizations. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, SEO, or a related field. Strong understanding of SEO best practices, website analytics, and content management systems. Excellent project management and communication skills. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools. Experience with L'Oréal systems and platforms a plus. What We Offer
