Responsibilities of the Lead Labor Relations Specialist:
The Lead Labor Relations Specialist is responsible for all employee relations
The Lead Labor Relations Specialist will conduct employee investigations and work with colleagues on labor relations issues
Supervise a team of 2
Follow set processes and procedures that are in place for the Human Resources team
Preferred Qualifications of the Lead Labor Relations Specialist:
Strong understanding of labor relations
5+ years of experience
Must have a bachelor's degree
Prior supervisory experience is highly desirable
Salary ranges from $90,000-$160,000
