Our Client is seeking a Graphic Designer to support a mission-driven team developing cutting-edge technologies for the defense and critical industrial sectors. This role requires a design generalist who can translate complex technical concepts into compelling visual content and contribute to a consistent brand presence across multiple channels. This is an onsite role based in Los Angeles (Hawthorne), California.

You Will:

• Create illustrations, infographics, technical diagrams, presentations, and other visual assets across digital and print media.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and subject matter experts to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging visuals.
• Design and maintain templates and visual systems to improve consistency and streamline design production.
• Support business development efforts with high-impact slide decks, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Iterate on designs quickly based on team feedback while maintaining brand cohesion.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all visual deliverables.
• Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Communicate proactively with team members and stakeholders to meet deadlines.
  
  

• 3–5 years of professional brand or visual design experience with a portfolio showcasing a range of styles and formats.
• A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint).
• Ability to communicate complex ideas visually through strong storytelling and layout skills.
• Experience with motion graphics principles and web design best practices.
• Fluency in design fundamentals including color theory, typography, and composition.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Los Angeles (Hawthorne), California.
• U.S. Person status (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder).
• UI/UX design experience.
• Knowledge of 3D tools such as Cinema4D or Redshift.
• Photography or video production experience.
