The Senior Marketing Manager, Power & Renewables (P&R), is responsible and accountable for the Power & Renewables marketing strategy and plan, which supports growth within Wood Mackenzie.
They will plan, implement, and evolve a global P&R Marketing program, using performance data and insight to continuously improve the program and achieve revenue growth goals.
The Senior Marketing Manager, P&R, reports to the Marketing Director, P&R, and will collaborate closely with the Global Marketing team to deliver on their plans.
Main Responsibilities of the Role
Develop and clearly articulate a compelling marketing strategy to support priority goals and drive growth within our global P&R businessDevelop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and tactics in line with the strategy, utilizing the full marketing channel mix and martech stackWork with Product Marketing to help build compelling narratives around P&R products and offeringsWork collaboratively with the global marketing team to maximize reach and performance of campaigns and to share best practicesContinuously analyze and evaluate campaigns to improve performance and deliver on KPIs and revenue targetsUtilize customer and market insights to inform strategy and planningCollaborate seamlessly with the P&R leadership and commercial teams, to maintain alignment on growth priorities and to ensure customer-centricity is at the heart of all our campaignsEffectively manage stakeholder relationships across the business and provide regular performance updatesManage a budget and deliver on agreed ROIKnowledge & Experience
Bachelor's degree requiredAt least six years experience in roles where you have been responsible for developing a global demand marketing strategy across multiple channels and delivering on the tactical plan/sCommercially orientated - must have experience developing and executing marketing programs that drive tangible revenueHigh degree of comfort working in a B2B professional services environmentProven track record of delivering to plan and budget and exceeding goalsExperienced martech user (experience using Salesforce and Pardot is an advantage)Sound knowledge and experience of digital marketing practices and channelsKnowledge of the energy, renewables, and/or commodity markets is a distinct advantageCore Competencies
