The Role
As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be at the forefront of building and optimizing machine learning models that power intelligent advertising solutions. This role requires expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and large-scale data processing to enhance ad targeting, audience segmentation, and campaign effectiveness. You'll collaborate with cross functional teams to implement AI models that drive real business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for optimizing ad performance and targeting Work with large-scale datasets to extract insights and enhance ad delivery strategies Develop and fine-tune real-time recommendation systems and predictive models Implement and optimize deep learning models for personalization, content ranking, and audience segmentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into the company's ad platform Enhance model efficiency and scalability for real-time applications Stay up to date with advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and AI-driven marketing Your Background and Expertise
Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and AI-driven optimization. Experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and MLflow. Expertise in NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or reinforcement learning is a plus. Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, CI/CD pipelines). Background in ad tech, marketing analytics, or performance-driven AI solutions is a plus. Passion for building AI systems that drive measurable business results.
