RIC Energy North America is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing and Communications team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, this candidate will assist in the development of external marketing tools and campaigns that reinforce the brand identity of RIC Energy. The select candidate will support the marketing project lifecycle, driving projects to successful completion by ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of marketing materials by working in close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization. This is a crucial role to enhance the department and support RIC Energy’s mission and goals. Essential Job Functions/Key Responsibilities: Be a crucial part of a cross-functional, data-driven marketing and business development team as the creative liaison in the creation of external marketing materials. Organizes, maintains, produces, and delivers a high volume of print and digital marketing collateral for internal clients and their external marketing needs, such as direct mail or promotional pieces, and brochures. Own the intake process and timeline for projects, gathers requirements, and asks critical questions, partners with vendors to produce materials, and enacts strict QA standards to ensure materials are high quality and consistent with brand guidelines. Meticulously maintains project management system, naming conventions, and file organization. Assist with the creation and maintenance of digital marketing assets, including the ric.energy website, Office templates, and PowerPoint presentations. Curates and deploys the internal monthly corporate newsletter via MailChimp. Maintains the contact list of internal contacts. Assists with the design, creation and publishing of social media communications to ensure alignment with overarching messaging, strategy, and business goals. Analyzes and reports on performance metrics to inform campaign optimization, identify issues to troubleshoot, or highlight trends to consider. Actively contributes to the overall marketing strategy for the MarCom department and each business line. Coordinates and communicates with colleagues, clients, and vendors to deliver excellent customer service and escalate any issues that may impact quality, efficiency, or timelines. Use industry best practices, metrics, data, and insights to help drive external sales and marketing campaigns and activities. Qualifications: Ability to drive projects towards completion, managing multiple deadlines, details, and priorities. Outstanding communication skills, including writing, QA proofreading, and speaking in front of a group. Effective use of engagement skills with colleagues across the organization. Demonstrates the ability to ask critical questions, problem-solve, and take the initiative to get more information when needed. Excellent interpersonal skills and desire to provide exemplary customer service through support and positive energy. Demonstrated success and experience with interacting in a positive and diplomatic manner with a diverse clientele. Able to work independently and in close collaboration with teammates, other departments, vendors, and leadership. Proficient in Microsoft O365 (particularly PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat. Preferred proficiency or experience using WordPress, MailChimp, Webflow, Google Analytics, InDesign, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. Ability and desire to use, learn, and explore new MarTech tools including project management systems and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Fluent in English; Spanish (Spain) ability is an added bonus. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of working experience. At least 1-2 years of experience working in a related function of design, communications, marketing, public relations, project coordination, or business development.
