Overview
2-5 years supporting applications with experience managing sales, marketing, and/or customer service systems preferred
Exposure to and high-level understanding of digital marketing and performance optimization practices; implementing and configuring standard analysis and tag management tools like Adobe Experience Manager, DTM, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
Experience managing technology project implementations from scoping and design to development and launch activities
Experience documenting processes, business requirements, system diagrams
Thought leadership - ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Intellectual curiosity and skills to dive deep into understanding our business and our customers
Demonstrated bias for customer service and unwavering desire to add value by meeting and exceeding expectations
Demonstrated history of technology-based innovation and process improvement

Major Job Responsibilities: Coordinate modernization upgrades & new functionality releases within the Technology Organization and external technology vendor partners
Collaborate with system architects and developers to ensure upgrades, enhancements, and new deployments are properly tested, implemented, and documented
Work with stakeholders across the organization to increase understanding of sales, marketing and customer experience tools and technologies
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to thoroughly understand, analyze and document operational business needs and requirements
Inform Growth & Profitability teams and stakeholders through analysis, design and targeted delivery of strategic/operational reports and dashboards
Assist in the management, maintenance, and creation of presentations where appropriate
Stay abreast on best practices and latest industry trends involving marketing technologies
