About The Team
The Global DTC Team owns customer experience for Harry’s and Flamingo, focusing on seamless, delightful digital interactions and continuous improvement through insights and innovation.
About The Role
We seek a collaborative Visual Designer to shape the brands’ digital presence, supporting websites, campaigns, and product experiences. You will work with UX, engineering, and brand teams to create scalable, user-first designs that are consistent and engaging.
About You
You have a keen eye for detail, a passion for intuitive interfaces, and experience translating brand identity into scalable UI systems. You are skilled in layout, typography, and interaction design, stay current on web standards and accessibility, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Accomplish
- Translate brand identity into user-friendly UI designs.
- Create responsive layouts and components in Figma.
- Ensure pixel-perfect handoffs to engineering.
- Contribute to and refine our shared design system.
- Collaborate with UX and product teams to align visual and usability goals.
- Use data and testing insights to improve designs.
- Work with marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive campaigns.
This Should Describe You
- 2–4 years of digital/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design tokens and shared libraries.
- Experience with responsive design, accessibility, and component systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for craft, creativity, and user experience.
Who You Will Work With
- Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketplaces and Engagement Marketing, with a dotted line to the UX Architect.
- Collaborating closely with the DTC team and brand creative teams.

Our salary range is $71,200-$97,900, based on experience and location, complemented by benefits and equity. We value diversity and are committed to an inclusive environment.
