Position overview
We’re seeking an entrepreneurial and energetic B2B marketer to develop and drive marketing initiatives and sales enablement in support of business objectives. This role blends marketing and sales ingenuity with data analytics to optimize the B2B buyer journey – from lead generation to loyalty. As a highly-motivated segment specialist, you will be a critical contributor to harnessing B2B growth opportunities and measurably increasing revenue.
Responsibilities
· Partner with business leaders and sales colleagues to define key target audiences and develop full-funnel integrated activities for generating awareness, driving conversion, facilitating cross-sell/up-sell, and optimizing retention
· Leverage the company’s ERP platform for marketing automation and CRM capabilities to program flows, initiate marketing outreach, and trigger sales enablement activity
· Analyze industry and in-house data sources to focus marketing effort on lead generation and qualify top-of-funnel volume for sales conversion
· Develop integrated marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital advertising to fuel business growth
· Establish account-based marketing programs through focused content and value-add resources to meet customer needs and increase sales
· Optimize Cx and SEO on the company’s B2B website to drive ecommerce
· Provide marketing collateral support for sales partners, including bids, pitch decks, etc.
· Develop a measurement dashboard to track performance and report KPIs and actionable insights to critical stakeholders
· Stay apprised of B2B marketing trends, technologies and best practices to inform strategic planning and drive go-to-market excellence
Qualifications
· 3-5 years integrated B2B marketing experience with a digital activation focus; familiarity with public sector customers a definite plus
· Proven track record working with sales teams using sales enablement tools and account-based approaches
· Strong working knowledge of demand generation and lead conversion tactics, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting processes
· Expert at leveraging value from ERP platforms by deploying marketing automation and CRM capabilities
· Hands-on digital marketing experience, including email, SEO/SEM, and social media
· Data-driven and analytical, grounded in marketing and sales performance and business alignment
· Highly-organized and disciplined, comfortable multitasking and committed to deadlines
· Self-motivated with a growth mindset, adaptable to market dynamics and opportunities
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to partner effectively across the organization
