Overview
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Manage end-to-end digital content activation for both globally and locally created campaigns. Ensure efficiency, best practices, and strategic execution across digital touchpoints to drive eCommerce sales for adidas North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital content strategies based on channel plans, performance data, and campaign priorities.
- Communicate activation plans to cross-functional partners and align with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with global teams, North America marketing teams, and internal creative studio to influence content creation and maintain best practices.
- Write clear, insights-driven creative briefs for locally led campaigns and adapt global campaigns as needed.
- Provide actionable feedback throughout the content creation process to ensure alignment with best practices.
- Manage stakeholder approvals and ensure timely delivery of final assets.
- Implement content plans for shared spaces on adidas.com and the adidas app in partnership with relevant teams.
- Deliver final assets to Performance Media, CRM, and Content Operations teams on time and in full.
- Review and approve content across adidas.com, the adidas app, CRM, and Performance Media as part of pre-go-live testing.
- KPI accountability for content performance
- Collaborate with Analytics team to generate learnings for future campaigns

Skills & Qualifications
- Deep understanding of eCommerce and digital activation best practices.
- Strong grasp of digital ecosystems, content strategy, and enterprise-level platforms.
- Experience working with digital products and capabilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of a large organization.
- Ability to adapt to change, navigate ambiguity, and drive solutions.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on execution and impact.
- Passion for sports, entertainment, and/or fashion industries.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Collaborative team player with a strategic, innovative mindset.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of digital, marketing or eCommerce experience (mix of agency and brand-side preferred).
- 3+ years of hands-on digital content experience.
