$108,000.00/yr - $216,000.00/yr Position Summary
The Senior Art Director will partner with a Senior Copywriter and work alongside creative leadership to connect marketing and social strategies, executing campaigns at Walmart's scale and social speed. The role involves collaboration across teams, focusing mainly on social campaigns but also supporting other 360 campaign work as needed. What you'll do
Ideate, create, and execute socially led creative work, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure cohesion. Build trust and relationships within a large organization. Assist in creative leadership and marketing pitch decks. Manage projects and mentor junior creatives. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts. Oversee production and post-production processes. Design assets and campaigns as needed. Manage junior team members and projects from inception to completion. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 6+ years in advertising art direction, with at least 2 years in management. Strong portfolio demonstrating big campaign ideas across various media. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Slides, Slack, and Figma. Leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and external partners. Reporting
