The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing virtual event production, proven expertise in developing and executing mechanisms to inspect quality assurance, document best practices, and success aligning with a variety of marketing teams to deliver results.
Key job responsibilities
Content Strategy & Quality
* Craft compelling promotional content for AWS Innovate across various channels, aligning with global campaign strategies and AWS brand standards.
* Design and implement comprehensive speaker selection guidelines for Innovate events
* Lead content quality assurance processes for Innovate, including QABR implementation
* Integrate internal AI tools to enhance content personalization and production efficiency
Performance Measurement & Optimization
* Develop metrics to measure content effectiveness and business impact
* Build mechanisms to evaluate content resonance across personas (BDM, TDM, IT Pro, Developer)
* Conduct quarterly content audits and present optimization recommendations
* Analyze CSAT Innovate data to drive continuous improvement
* Present content diversity and performance insights to global campaigns leadership
Program Documentation & Best Practices
* Develop scalable mechanisms for content evaluation
* Establish cross-campaign teams collaboration models
* Document best practices for partner marketing, training, and industry-specific content
* Develop scalable mechanisms to find content overlaps and gaps using the digital asset management tool (DAM)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Excellence in content development and editing
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Project management experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Quality assurance expertise
- Strategic thinking and execution capabilities
- Global team collaboration
- Experience implementing process optimization programs
- Customer satisfaction measurement and analysis
- Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
