UVA's School of Continuing and Professional Studies (SCPS) is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager. SCPS helps working adults finish their degrees and advance their careers. The school offers a variety of online and in-person programs including bachelor's degree completion programs, professional certificates, a master in public safety, and other career accelerators. In coordination with the Director of Communications, the Marketing Operations Manager will manage the school-wide marketing operations, including: Manage the use of Slate, the school's CRM, for recruitment and communication efforts, managing data integrity, optimizing the system, and automating processes to support institutional goals Continually innovate and enhance admission operations functions, particularly within Slate Work with stakeholders inside the school, across the University, such as Central Admission and Advancement, and external to the school to build mailings, events, queries and reports, and to maintain and update contact information for prospects, students, alumni and other key community members Provide CRM data and relevant trend analyses to shape communications and marketing strategies and improve the applicant and student experience and strengthen application, yield and retention rates Work with the Director of Communications and Communications and Marketing team to build and manage mailing and editorial calendars for mailings to prospects, students, alumni and other constituencies Work with the Communications and Marketing team as needed to review, update and create new email and event communications Gather, analyze and interpret engagement metrics to provide data-informed suggestions for improving the school's marketing and communications strategy and efforts Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing team, Central Admission and other stakeholders on related projects Additional marketing and communications work, as needed. About the Position: The expected salary range for this position is $60,000-67,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience. This position may be a hybrid in nature, with select times in-office. Travel to Charlottesville for periodic in-person meetings is expected. This is a full-time position with UVa benefits. This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders Flexibility and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Minimum three years of relevant experience in marketing operations or enrollment including at least one year of relevant experience in CRM management Strong operational, analytical, technical, and data management skills.
