About the Head of Video Content role: SaaS Academy is seeking a Head of Video Content to partner with our CEO, Johnny Page. In this role, you will shape and drive the video content strategy that enhances both Johnny’s personal brand and the SaaS Academy brand. You will be responsible for leading the creation, execution, and optimization of video content across multiple channels, with a focus on growing Johnny's following and influence.

You’ll succeed as a Head of Video Content if you have: 5+ years of experience in video content creation and production for social media and digital platforms.
A proven track record in developing and executing video content strategies.
Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to articulate a vision and drive results.
A strong interest in B2B SaaS and brand-building, with an understanding of audience targeting and market trends.
An ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in growing an entrepreneurial or business brand through video content is highly preferred.
Compensation: $100,000 USD OTE ($70,000 base + $30,000 in variable compensation)
