As part of the Chief Marketing Organization the Sr. Manager, Creative Optimization will be responsible for leading and supporting our approach to create, optimize, and enhance our digital media assets. This role will be responsible for driving increased engagement, conversions, and ROI through data-driven insights and innovative creative strategies.
We are seeking someone who has deep expertise across multiple channels such as CTV, OLV, Social, etc. as well as partners such as Meta, Google, Reddit, etc. You will develop the creative playbook and standards for our creative agencies to adhere to. The role will also oversee training of our agencies and internal teams to ensure that our digital creative assets adhere to the playbook, branding guidelines, and regulatory standards.
In this role you will partner with Integrated Media Strategy, Analytics, Brand Marketing, Earned Media team and other key CMO commercial teams to ensure the strategy is aligned with the marketing objectives and KPI’s. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, design, and compliance, enabling them to provide strategic guidance and support to our creative teams while elevating the quality and effectiveness of our digital content.
- Work with channel leads, media strategists, brand marketers and creative agencies to drive optimized creative that employs platform best practices and nuances
- Review and assess digital creative assets, including graphics, videos, and interactive content, to ensure compliance with Pfizer buying framework
- Lead, develop, and implement a comprehensive media creative strategy and optimization across all digital channels (Display, CTV, Video, Social, etc.), that includes QA and compliance checklists specific to digital marketing for agencies.
- Identify technology needed to execute data-driven ad management, dynamic creative optimization, etc.
- Create and conduct training sessions and workshops for creative and marketing teams on digital best practices and compliance requirements.
- Monitor the performance of digital creative assets and recommend revisions based on performance data and user feedback.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of digital creative.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all digital materials adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain a repository of approved templates, guidelines, and resources for easy access by the creative team
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and compliance standards relevant to digital marketing, including accessibility, copyright, and data protection guidelines.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS required
- 6+ years of agency or client-side creative experience (Healthcare expertise preferred but not required)
- Proven experience as a creative leader with a track record of driving growth.
- In-depth knowledge of best practices across channels and partners.
- Experience leading creative teams agency or client-side
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Strong communications skills, and ability to translate concepts for a wide variety of audiences
- Understanding of media measurement norms, evolving landscape, and industry standards

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120,800.00 to $201,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
