The target hiring range is for new hire offers only, and staff compensation may increase beyond the maximum hiring range based on performance over time. The maximum of the hiring range is reserved for candidates with the highest qualifications and relevant experience. Education and Work Experience:High School Diploma (Required)Experience using Facebook Business Manager, Sprout Social, and similar social media management and analytics platforms, Experience with brand marketing and working within a style guide, Minimum of 3 years prior supervisory or management experience, Minimum of 3 years work experience conducting paid social media campaigns across different channels, Minimum of 7 years work experience in Social Media Marketing, Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project Management Experience
