We have an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Marketing Specialist, Landing Pages.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Manage a backlog of web and device landing page production/optimization projects and maintain schedules for editorial landing page updates
+ Coordinate with Disney Studio Marketing and Regional Marketing teams to ensure that brand, content, and local strategy requirements are met.
+ Oversee and, as needed, assist with building and updating landing pages in our content management system (CMS) and setting up landing page A/B tests in our proprietary experimentation platform
+ Draft creative briefs for new Marketing Landing Pages in partnership with stakeholders in Product Marketing and Regional Marketing teams
+ Partner with Regional Marketing teams and Product Marketing to create high quality landing page experiences ensuring that content, plan merchandising, and value propositions are optimized for each subregion and market.
+ Coordinate with Global Design and Marketing teams to ensure that assets for landing pages are delivered on schedule and to specification
+ Work with Design, Product, and Engineering teams to document and support development of new features and layouts on our landing pages
+ Lead the copy translation process, partnering closely with the Localization team and local stakeholders.
+ Facilitate content approvals between Legal, Franchise and Brand Marketing, and local stakeholders.
+ Optimize landing pages to improve subscription conversion rates and overall user experience
+ Drive growth and profitability through process improvements, experimentation, and automation.
+ Track KPIs and report on web and device landing page performance to stakeholders and Marketing leadership
+ Work closely with analytics teams to enhance landing page dashboards and data reporting
+ Provide feedback/suggestions to Engineering teams to improve CMS features, workflows, and capabilities
+ Contribute to A/B testing ideas for web and device landing pages and the sign-up funnel
+ Represent the Landing Page Optimization team in global cross-functional meetings, providing status updates and pointing out potential risks.
+ Build and maintain strong working relationships with peers on the Paid Media, Product Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Experimentation Analytics, Studio and Brand Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Localization, Product Development, Program Management, and Creative teams
+ Partner with the SEO Manager for Disney+ to ensure that all disneyplus.com web pages are optimized for organic search and accessibility
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in customer or subscriber acquisition and/or growth marketing
+ Basic understanding of web development concepts and UI/UX principles
+ Experience working in a web content management system
+ Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
+ Proficient in agile methodologies and working knowledge of Jira/Confluence and Airtable
+ Analytical and able to derive insights from A/B test results
+ Attention to detail and critical thinking, with an ability to identify risks and issues and quickly recommend and implement solutions
+ The ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams and stakeholders of all levels, from entry level interns to senior leadership
+ Strong presentation skills
+ Self-motivated, with a drive to exceed expectations
+ Ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly
+ Ability to manage feedback constructively
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience with planning and executing A/B tests
+ Experience supporting globally distributed stakeholders
+ Experience working on a subscription-based business
+ Experience with marketing SVOD services and content
**Required Education:**
+ BA/BS degree or equivalent business and operational experience
,The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $108,500.00 to $145,400.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
