We are seeking an experienced manager for our Studio Director position with Amazing Lash Studio. We are looking for a sales manager / operations manager to oversee sales and operations for eyelash extension and eyebrow service studios. The position is responsible for our locations in Franklin, TN and west Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operations for the studio.
• Implement structure, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure customer service excellence.
• Identify and solve problems, set expectations, and delegate tasks.
• Train and motivate team members.

Manager Qualifications

• Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager.
• Excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations run smoothly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence.
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills.
• Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• MindBody Software experience a plus.
