This role focuses on data analysis, reporting, SEO optimization, and digital tracking, ensuring accurate measurement and performance optimization across campaigns and patient engagement efforts. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, technically skilled in SQL, data visualization, and automation, and proficient in SEO and tracking implementation to enhance decision-making and campaign effectiveness.This is a full-time, onsite position based in Scottsdale, AZ.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (SQL, APIs, cloud databases); build automated reports and dashboards.Monitor website performance (Google Analytics), implement tracking pixels (Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel), and optimize content for engagement and conversions.Configure and manage tracking tools, ensuring accurate funnel performance measurement; conduct A/B testing for website and email marketing improvements.Perform statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and trend analysis to support marketing and business strategy.Collaborate with marketing, IT, and leadership to ensure data-driven decision-making.Other duties and projects as assigned.Position Requirements5+ years in data analysis, reporting, and SEO tracking.Advanced SQL skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).Proficiency in Python or R for automation and visualization.Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and tracking pixels.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Preferred QualificationsExperience with machine learning, AI, and Salesforce CRM.Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $70,000 to $85,000 annually, based on experience.Benefits: Comprehensive healthcare, dental, vision, life insurance, generous PTO, paid holidays, and a retirement savings program.Diversity & Inclusivity at Pinnacle FertilityPinnacle Fertility values diversity and inclusivity, fostering an environment where all team members feel supported.
