Overview
The Graphic Designer will partner with the Marketing team and other cross-functional teammates to provide graphic and digital design solutions to amplify the House of Athlete (HOA) brand. This role will report into the Head of Marketing.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Create, manage and produce design solutions for a variety of uses: web content, social media, email templates, as well as photography and video integrations
- Work with the Head of Marketing to consistently refine and update graphic standards in adherence with brand guidelines
- Work with Lifecycle Marketing Manager to craft an email and omni-channel graphic design system
- Partner with Social Media Manager on all graphic executions across key channels including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
- Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, and schedule project implementation based on workload, which may include five or more simultaneous projects
- Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
- Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience with a creative background in health & wellness, sport or lifestyle brand marketing
- Experience working with Figma is a must
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects etc.)
- Strong project management and digital asset management skills
- Experience using Slack and Google Suite preferred
- Expertise in photo/video editing and animation is a major plus
