Role Overview
This role involves managing a team supporting restaurant advertisers with business insights and marketing analytics. You will partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to enhance delivery frameworks, create case studies, and launch analytic capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales and account teams to improve marketing recommendations, customer insights, and media optimization processes.
- Create case studies, benchmarks, and content for onboarding new advertisers and driving product adoption.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop DoorDash’s CPG/Restaurants Insights roadmap, including new analytics capabilities.
- Manage a team of Insights S&O Leads to ensure high-quality, impactful reporting and analysis for clients.
Qualifications
- 6+ years in marketing analytics, preferably in high-growth startups.
- Expertise in SQL (required).
- Experience managing a team of high performers.
- Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Additional Information
