The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Marketing Planning and Operations Manager to drive Marketing planning and provide operational, financial and business partner support for Adobe Express. In this position you will support senior management through marketing planning and budget management, across reporting, analysis and making recommendations. You will also be responsible for setting up operating cadences, completing key initiatives, working with data analytics to develop dashboards and insights and performing analyses that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in leading marketing strategy and planning at scaledriving efficiency, enabling growth, and aligning execution with business goals. Key Responsibilities Partner with Business Leads and drive strategic marketing and financial planning for the year. Review spend, analyze spend performance and make decisions on budget allocations. Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Finance counterparts to continually improve and enhance planning and reporting capabilities and processes. Be a trusted business partner and work cross-functionally with key business leaders to identify appropriate metrics to measure and evaluate business performance. Own mid-quarter and quarter-end budget reporting, and support business leaders in telling the "Why" behind spend and performance. Working with marketing, operations, and sales teams to ensure that marketing campaigns and programs are driven efficiently and aligned with overall business goals. In addition to marketing planning and investments allocation, build and support leadership meetings, ensure the running of smooth and regular operating cadence and program manage key initiatives. Work closely with our Data Science and Analytics team to build dashboards to track business performance across Adobe Express business. Drive analyses and deliver insights to business leaders to impact strategic decisions. Support the team with ad-hoc projects as they arise. What You Need to Be Successful Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Master's degree in economics, finance, business or equivalent experience is preferred. 12 - 15 years of relevant marketing operations, planning, finance and business operations experience in the software/technology sector. Proven ability to drive marketing planning and experience managing large-scale marketing budgets, with a focus on data driven decision-making. Strong business insight and in-depth understanding of marketing performance metrics. Excellent business partner management, presentation skills and broad execution capabilities. Self-starter who can handle sophisticated tasks and develop new strategies and ways of approaching business challenges. Strong communication & customer management skills with ability to influence/drive decision making across cross-functional teams. Problem solver who can challenge the status quo and drive new ways of thinking across the organization. Embraces accountability, customer-centricity, and fosters a collaborative team culture. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and experience in reporting/visualization tools. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $131,600 -- $250,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
