Our client is nationally recognized women-owned design firm, who is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join their centralized marketing team. The role, based in either Ann Arbor or Detroit, involves supporting marketing and business development efforts through the coordination of project pursuits, managing marketing systems, conducting research, and assisting with multi-platform communications.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and develop efforts for all stages of project pursuits, including qualifications, proposal packages, and presentations
- Support proposal production process including proofreading, editing for grammar, spelling, comprehension, consistency, and assembling and delivering final documents
- Assist as required with multi-platform communications, including marketing campaigns, social media efforts
- Support development and submission of awards entries Support and partake in networking and business development efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, English, Graphic Design, or another related technical field
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing or business development experience in the A/E/C industry REQUIRED.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite Ability to deliver detailed assignments with high levels of accuracy
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of inter-office teams Strong oral, written, and graphic communication skills
- Knowledge of CRM / relational database platforms and digital asset management systems (experience with Deltek Vision / Vantagepoint and/or OpenAsset a plus)
