Located in Orlando, FL we are a leading medical company looking for a strong Digital Marketing Manager to join our collaborative team! In this role you will be responsible for increasing sales, growing market share and building our brands name by overseeing extensive promotion and advertising efforts. We need a professional that has strong experience building brands that align with company values that target our ideal customer base. Y ou will be asked to utilize your in depth knowledge of the marketing process, research and planning, to execution and analysis.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive leads and revenue growth.Manage all digital marketing channels including email, SMS, social media, PPC, and SEO.Lead a team of digital marketing specialists and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure successful execution of campaigns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns that support product launches, promotions, and other initiatives.Knowledge of search engine optimization, email marketing, lead generation, and other digitalmarketing methods.Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize for engagement, conversion, and ROI.Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement of our digital marketing efforts.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation and revenue growth.Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.Experience managing and leading a team of digital marketing specialists.Experience with HubSpot, Klavio, SAP, Shopify, Meta, Google Analytics, and other relevant digital marketing tools.Proficient in email marketing campaigns, SMS marketing campaigns, and A/B testing.Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Strong leadership and management skills for teams of 2 or more.
