Tax Director @ High Growth Tech & Media Firm
A client of ours is a Global Multi-Media Technology and Services Firm that has opened a new role on their team. Seeking an experienced Tax Professional with 10+ years to be the lead for the firm, reporting to CFO. This professional will work with Front Office Sales, Operations, and Finance along with internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include Tax Compliance, Reporting, M&A Tax Diligence, Tax Risk and Strategy. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Responsible for US and International tax Compliance and Reporting working with outside advisors Strategic analysis of Global tax structing and planning Evaluate and Structure M&A transactions Assist with Monitor Global tax developments (ex. legislation, regulations, changes in business operations) and communicate the necessary recommendations to management Proactively identify all global tax requirements and ensure compliance Requirements: 10+ years of related tax experience with at least five years in a public accounting firm Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, Master's is a plus CPA or JD is preferred Partnership and Corporate Taxation is a must Understanding of Stock Equity Compensation and Partner Capital Models Seniority level
