Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Director of IT Network & Telecommunications to join their team. As a Director of IT Network & Telecommunications, you will be part of the IT Department supporting the Network and Telecom teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a problem-solving mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Lead and manage the Network and Telecom teams to ensure a reliable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure.
Oversee the integration of network and telecommunications systems during mergers and acquisitions.
Develop and implement long-term strategies for network and telecommunications, including cloud integration.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and security standards.
Manage the operational budget for network and telecom services, optimizing costs and performance.
What's Needed?
10 years or more experience in the network and telecom field, with at least 5 years in a senior manager/director role.
Experience leading teams through mergers and acquisitions.
Knowledge of cloud strategies and hybrid cloud models.
Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, HITRUST).
Bachelor's Degree in Computer or Information Science or equivalent experience.
