Location: Lake Ariel - 3 days, Matamoras - 2 days
Pay: $19–$22/hour (biweekly pay, based on experience)
Join our team as a LIHTC Property Manager and oversee the day-to-day operations of a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) property. We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional passionate about providing quality housing while ensuring compliance with LIHTC regulations.
What We Offer:- Competitive pay: $20–$23/hour (depending on experience)
- 40-hour work weeks
- Paid holidays, sick leave, and vacation time
- Comprehensive PPO Medical Plan – only $25 per paycheck
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations
- Ensure compliance with LIHTC guidelines, including maintaining organized resident files
- Manage maintenance requests and vendor services
- Conduct annual recertifications and file audits
- Collaborate with regional and assistant regional managers to meet property goals
What We’re Looking For:- Previous property management experience (LIHTC experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in property management software (knowledge of Yardi or similar systems is a plus)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
