MARKETING TECHNOLOGY ANALYST – REMOTE Our client, a major non-profit association, seeks a Marketing Technology Analyst to support digital strategy, email marketing, and technical implementations. This position will manage the marketing technology (martech) stack, facilitating the effective use of these tools across all digital initiatives. This is a 12-month contract role which may be performed fully remotely during east coast working hours. Core Responsibilities • Digital Project Management: Oversee martech implementation projects, create SOPs and documentation, track KPIs, and coordinate with vendors, agencies and internal teams. • Platform Management: Administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), build and deploy email campaigns, manage technical documentation, and serve as the primary contact for Salesforce Service Cloud support. • Technical Implementation: Develop email templates and campaigns, configure tracking parameters, automate workflows in SFMC, and create and optimize web pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and WordPress. • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, generate monthly reports, and develop dashboards using Tableau, Excel, or Power BI. • Security & Data Management: Assist in security testing, ensure secure data collection practices, and maintain compliance documentation. What You Bring • 4+ years in marketing technology, with deep expertise in SFMC. • Proficiency in WordPress, AEM, GA4, Adobe Analytics, and SQL. • Strong technical and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to various audiences. Technical Proficiency • Marketing Automation: SFMC (Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, AMPscript, SSJS). • Data Management: Adobe Audience Manager, Salesforce Service Cloud • Web Content: AEM, WordPress. • Analytics: GA4, Adobe Analytics. • Web Development: HTML5, CSS3, responsive design. • Security & Compliance: GDPR, CCPA, OWASP best practices. • Project Management Tools: Smartsheet, Jira. • Other: DNS management, SSL certificate installation. Preferred Qualifications • Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator). • Experience with Marketo, Pardot, and other automation platforms.
