We are searching for an enthusiastic Design & Content Coordinator to join our growing bank! This role will support the Marketing Team and be instrumental in helping create visually compelling content to elevate brand awareness and enhance customer experience. This person should have experience in successfully creating marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This person should also be a team player and available to help with other general marketing related tasks that arise.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support overall marketing functions through creation of design assets including but not limited to printed marketing materials, social media graphics, digital and print ads, email blasts, etc.
- Assist in managing and growing company’s social media presence through multiple platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop basic marketing strategies such as social media campaigns and content scheduling to increase engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team to maintain brand guidelines and banking regulations, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Assist in managing analytics and ROI for campaigns and ads.
- Stay up to date on social media trends and provide insight to adjust content strategies accordingly.
- Capture high-quality photos and videos for social media and marketing purposes.
- Edit and produce videos to highlight bank products and account features, client testimonials, Valor Giving Vision, etc.
General Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide support in planning and executing marketing events as needed.
- Monitoring company reviews on Google and Facebook, as well as overall online presence to assist in maintaining our online reputation.
- Help order and maintain inventory of stationery supplies. Including but not limited to; branded letterhead, business cards, thank you cards, envelopes, folders, account magazines, leave-behinds, etc.
- Help order and maintain inventory of promotional items (swag) for marketing initiatives. Including but not limited to; t-shirts, pens, money bags, miscellaneous giveaway items, branded water bottles, hats, etc.

Qualification Requirements:
·High school diploma or equivalent
·Direct experience in marketing or related: 1 + year(s)
·Knowledge and experience in banking, real estate, or business development is preferred
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of graphic design process and procedures.
- Strong social media experience managing multiple channels across paid, owned, and earned media.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Working knowledge of a variety of computer applications (e.g. Adobe Creative Suites – InDesign & Photoshop, Mailchimp, and Canva)
- Ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
