In this role, you will manage the day-to-day tactical execution of our clients' affiliate program strategies. You will work with team members to deliver exceptional client service and to meet and exceed program goals. This is an excellent opportunity to develop account management and digital marketing skills.What You'll Do:•Client interaction- participate in client meetings including regular calls, QBRs and in-face interactions•Publisher outreach and recruitment- find new partners for our clients, identify strategic opportunities based on client input & needs•Publisher relationship development: identify publishers to optimize with; develop and grow relationships on behalf of our clients to ensure optimal performance; negotiate placements•Account operations: assist the team with items such as reporting, creative management, affiliate approvals, newsletter deployment, compliance and processing corrections.•Gifting management for content partners/influencers•Support Senior Account Managers with all day-to-day management of client accountsWhat We're Looking For:•2+ years of online marketing/direct marketing experience with a focus on client service. Big plus if you have knowledge/familiarity with Affiliate Marketing and platforms such as Rakuten, Awin, CJ, Impact and/or Partnerize).•Grit, you do not give up and go the extra mile for clients; a "no" is a "no for now".•You thrive on change: we move quickly and so does the industry; you thrive in environments where things are always changing.•You are intrinsically motivated to succeed: we are here to support you and help you grow; those who succeed here love to push themselves and don't require formal training and structures. •Strong analytical skills: must love digging into reports and sharing insights with clients. •Strong communication skills: this job requires a lot of communicating with team members, publishers, clients via email, phone, and in-person.
