Position Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Project Manager to keep our marketing team on track, ensure seamless execution, and drive efficiency across all campaigns. You’ll oversee a team of 15, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure everything runs smoothly—from planning to execution. Key Responsibilities

Project & Team Management

1. Lead and oversee marketing project workflows, ensuring deadlines are met.
2. Manage task assignments and team coordination using tools like Asana.
3. Ensure clear communication between marketing, sales, creative, and product teams.
4. Hold team members accountable for deliverables, timelines, and attendance.

Marketing Operations & Execution

1. Work closely with the Marketing Director to develop and execute campaigns.
2. Oversee the creation of marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency.
3. Manage the logistics of events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns.

Performance Tracking & Process Improvement

1. Monitor project progress and marketing KPIs, using data to optimize strategies.
2. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and team productivity.
3. Provide mentorship and leadership to the team, driving professional growth.

Qualifications

1. 3–6 years of experience in marketing project management or operations.
2. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and holding them accountable.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and project management software (Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
7. Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, reporting dashboards).
8. Ability to problem-solve, adapt, and optimize marketing processes.
