What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior clients and lead project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects exceeding $2M annually.
- Support digital strategy execution through strong account management, aligning with client goals and business objectives. Develop a deep understanding of performance marketing and digital strategy to drive impact and identify new opportunities.
- Manage project budgets and staffing plans, proactively addressing any concerns and resource challenges.
- Oversee day-to-day activities of cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables aligned with project goals.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their industries, competitors, and market conditions to guide internal efforts.
- Review and approve all assets to ensure they meet brand standards and quality benchmarks.
- Contribute to business development by seeking new growth opportunities and participating in proposals and pitches.
- Become a specialist in client legal and regulatory review processes to ensure compliance.
- Mentor team members and maintain a hands-on approach to support client needs.
- Contribute to agency best practices, including process development and improvement.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of experience in account and project management, with at least 1 year working with healthcare, diagnostics, or biotech clients.
- Experience in digital strategy, including performance marketing, brand strategy, and customer engagement, with a proven track record of data-driven results.
- Comfort working in a small to mid-sized agency environment and leading initiatives.
- Excellent project management skills, ensuring priorities are aligned and deadlines are met.
- Leadership experience working with executive teams and managing high-value projects.
- Ability to develop and maintain meaningful client relationships and drive growth initiatives.
- Proactive problem-solving skills to anticipate and address challenges.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Passion for growth, continuous learning, and leading new initiatives.
- Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude, soft skills, and entrepreneurial problem-solving approach.

Benefits & Compensation
We offer comprehensive benefits including 25 days off + 16 paid holidays, 401(k) matching, medical/dental/vision, parental leave, home office setup, annual retreats, and professional development programs. The salary range is $120,000-$140,000, based in NYC with a hybrid work model.
