Summary
Provide administrative support for the Sales and Marketing teams in the following areas: scheduling; reporting; collateral, signage and supply coordination; event coordination and attendance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following – other duties may be assigned:
Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling; producing weekly reports; monitor and replenish sales collateral and promotional materials supply; event coordination.
Sales Support: Enter listings in MLS. Assist with temp staffing for sales offices; maintain collateral and promotional item supplies; coordinate Koelbel Kollective CE classes and broker drops; become proficient with both BuildTopia and HubSpot; respond to leads when necessary. Assist with production and distribution of eblasts and prospect/broker communications.
Finished Inventory/Model Support : Schedule, manage, and share photography and Matterport tours of finished inventory homes. Support the sales team in the coordination of cleaning of available inventory.
Marketing Coordination: Coordinates Event details and community soft programming as directed. Works within established budgets. Assist with Divvy card charges reconciliation.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospects, brokers, realtor community and vendors.

Education and/or Experience
Minimum: Two-year certificate from college or technical school/or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts for budgeting purposes.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills

Compensation: HOURLY/$30.00 an Hour; $62,400/Annual (Based on a Full Time Schedule)
