Position Title:
Marketing Office Coordinator
Rate of Pay:
$18.00 per hour
Position Purpose:
Performs a variety of lead administrative and office duties in support of the Marketing and Sponsorship Department. This is a temporary seasonal position not to exceed 122 days.

Essential Functions
Assists in the planning, execution and monitoring of marketing programs and events.
Maintains and tracks inventory of promotional items, print collateral and equipment.
Fulfills inter department requests for promotional items and equipment.
Performs computer data input and generates reports as requested.
Assists with promotional events and serves as an ambassador for the OC Fair.

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
1-3 years of clerical and/or administrative office experience required
Excellent computer skills and demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to successfully handle and prioritize multiple tasks
Highly detailed oriented
Excellent customer service and teamwork skills required.
Ability to work outside the normal business day/week as demanded by events and programs.
Preferences
Previous clerical and/or administrative office experience
Valid Driver License

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately quiet, however, louder noise levels may be experienced during outdoor events and when in larger event buildings.
