Digital Media Specialist: Affiliate & Influencer Marketing Location: Maplewood, MN (Hybrid, onsite 2-3x per week) The person hired for the position of Digital Media Specialist: Affiliate & Influencer Marketing will be responsible for coordinating and managing the execution and reporting of paid advertising initiatives, specifically with regard to affiliate marketing for Consumer Brands, supporting the Partnership and Influencer Media Manager. Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to affiliate marketing across digital platforms. Identify, onboard & foster growth of ecommerce/affiliate creators on TikTok Shops, and future affiliate channels, focusing on driving awareness of Brand shops, and conversion. Manage and optimize, in collaboration with paid social media team, to maximize sales, and brand visibility with affiliates and creators. Monitor and analyze performance data such as Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and conversion to identify areas of success, and areas of improvement and recommendations to maximize affiliate results. Build relationships with affiliates and influencers/creators to promote our Brand's TikTok Shops and products to drive sales. Project manage to ensure timely launches of the ongoing affiliate and creator campaigns. Identify affiliate and influencer/creator pain points and work with cross-functional teams to solve key challenges. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for social listening, pro-active discovery of affiliates and creators, identify trends and opportunities for growth, including faster to market opportunities. Skills: Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills Critical thinker with excellent time management and planning skills. Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical skills Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills both verbal and written Education: Four-year degree from an accredited college or university.
