In this role, youll be part of the Talent Brand and Recruitment Marketing team, helping to amplify the employer brand in the talent market. With the digital experience serving as the backbone of our engagement strategy, youll contribute to building employer brand awareness through an omni-channel approach, including a refreshed career site, social media, programmatic advertising, job boards, employee advocacy, and more.
What You'll Do :
Collaborate : Brainstorm and develop creative concepts with clients and colleagues, ensuring an understanding of the employment market and candidate needs.
Create : Contribute to content creation from initial concept through to completion, ensuring it meets strategic goals and deadlines.
Gather & Refine : Collect feedback from content strategists, subject matter experts, and other key stakeholders to refine your work.
Provide Insight : Offer constructive feedback to content submitters while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Flexibility & Adaptability : Respond to edits and changes from subject matter experts, balancing creativity with accuracy.
Embrace the Voice : Learn and execute the company's writing style and standards.
What It Takes :
A strong background in writing and content development.
Experience creating content across multiple channels.
The ability to collaborate effectively with content strategists and designers to deliver compelling messaging.
