Job Summary/Description: 6 News WOWT seeks a Digital/Media Sales Associate to organize, vet, and manage all campaign assets for advertisers for cross-platform campaigns.

Duties/Responsibilities include:

1. Ensure all online social media assets are received.
2. Assist Account Managers with order inputting, monitoring optimization, and reporting of digital advertising campaigns.
3. Input and maintain orders for Account Managers.
4. Assist in the development of sales proposals and marketing materials.
5. Assist in the coordination and day of logistics for air in-studio interviews.
6. Provide door coverage for front desk reception when needed.
7. Oversee and coordinate the commercial copy process which includes working with agencies and sales team to receive traffic instructions, entering copy instructions into WideOrbit traffic.
8. Assist as needed in project planning and preparation where traffic and automation are impacted.

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Minimum High School diploma (prefer at least twelve months post-high school education).
2. Basic Microsoft Word Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
3. Ability to problem solve efficiently.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Some knowledge of the Advertising, Digital Social and Video industry.
