As we scale into our next phase of growth, were looking for a multi-talented Account Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of client service and content creation.
About the RoleThe Client and Content Coordinator is a hybrid role that blends client relationship management, content production, and day-to-day marketing coordination. Youll be responsible for owning timelines, communicating with clients, and making sure creative work is executed on time and on-brand.

Responsibilities- Serve as the key point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication, deadlines, and deliverables
- Coordinate internal resources (design, strategy, leadership) to move client work forward
- Take meeting notes, recap next steps, and keep clients informed throughout each project or campaign
- Create social content using Canva: carousels, stories, feed posts, and light Reels
- Write platform-appropriate captions in the clients voice
- Build out monthly social media calendars and ensure timely client approvals
- Assist with email marketing content: writing, layout, or light flow planning in platforms like Klaviyo and Hubspot
- Support client campaign work including product launches, influencer briefs, or special initiatives
- Ensure visual alignment and brand consistency
- Track tasks, updates, and statuses using project management tools and shared documents
- Have 23 years of experience in account coordination, client service, or content marketing (agency experience is a plus)
- Are confident communicating with clients and managing timelines
- Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive about keeping projects on track
- Have experience creating branded content in Canva and understand social media trends
- Know how to balance multiple accounts and deadlines without dropping the ball
- Are eager to grow in both strategic and creative capacities
