Marketing Coordinator
Reports To: Marketing Manager
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Assist in branding efforts as requested and ensure consistent, professional brand representation across all marketing materials.Support client retention and acquisition campaigns and consistently and accurately update records of firms, contacts, projects, and tasks in marketing workflows and CRM database.Effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners for integrated marketing initiatives as requested.Coordinate, execute, and track marketing activities, deliverables, and/or projects by setting milestones to meet established deadlines and budgets with minimal supervision.Produce effective, professional written content and graphic design for proposals, articles, collateral, and communications with supervision, as assigned.Perform basic social media tasks, including content research and photography to support marketing goals as assigned, with minimal supervision.Support coordination and execution of events and participate as requested to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Identify and share best practices to support team success.Support development of the annual marketing plan as requested.Conduct marketing research as assigned.Ensure marketing activities comply with regulatory standards.Support implementation of best practices to optimize marketing operations.Perform other duties as assigned.This position is non-billable. Non-billable activities include company & team meetings, professional development, community involvement, innovation time, culture & engagement activities, learning, and training.Preferred Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or equivalent.2-4 years of experience in Marketing. AEC experience is a plus.Strong oral and written communication skills.Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, and Adobe.Proficient understanding of design, desktop publishing, and presentation software: Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of graphic design principles and visual communication techniques.Strong attention to detail.Organized, able to effectively manage multiple tasks and deliverables.Effectively performs work with guidance and supervision.Valid driver's license and automobile insurance for potential travel needs.Physical Requirements
Required to stand, walk, and sit.The position may require a visit to project sites occasionally.The position requires a normal range of hearing.The employee must be able to lift 20 lbs. occasionally.Requires prolonged sitting with 15% of the time spent bending and reaching.Must have manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.Noise levels are consistent with a standard office environment.Perks & Benefits
