Overview
Elevate Dental Partners is looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Manager to support the marketing needs of our growing network of dental practices. This role will be responsible for executing marketing initiatives across multiple practice locations, ensuring brand consistency, managing holistic marketing efforts, tracking performance metrics, and fostering strong working relationships with owner doctors and office managers.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong attention to detail, experienced in multi-site healthcare marketing, and has the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external vendors.
Location: Downtown Denver, Colorado 80202
Schedule: Hybrid remote – 3 days in-office (M, T, Th), with travel to practices as needed
Reports To: Director of Marketing
Compensation
- Salary Range: $67,000–$82,000 based on experience
- Bonus: Annual performance bonus equivalent to 5-10% of base salary (not included in salary range)
- PTO: Unlimited PTO
Key Responsibilities
Practice-Level Marketing Execution
- Manage marketing execution for a group of practices, serving as their primary marketing contact, with the ability to scale as the organization grows
- Implement marketing strategies and initiatives as outlined by the Director of Marketing
- Coordinate local marketing efforts to drive patient acquisition and retention
Campaign & Vendor Coordination
- Support the rollout of campaigns, ensuring alignment with practice goals and company standards
- Manage day-to-day communication with vendors and freelancers as needed (Google Ads specialists, web designers, print vendors, etc.) to ensure timely execution
- Oversee the online review response process for supported practices, maintaining brand voice and reputation
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track key marketing performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure all reported data is accurate and actionable
- Provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations for improvement to the Director of Marketing
Operational & Administrative Support
- Handle daily marketing requests, including but not limited to flyers, website updates, print materials, and social media content
- Provide operational coverage across all practices when the Marketing Director is unavailable
Onsite Support
- Assist with onsite marketing training, local events, and rebranding initiatives
Qualifications
- Experience in business-to-consumer (B2C) marketing, with a focus on multi-site healthcare entities or multi-site businesses
- Strong data analysis skills – ability to track, interpret, and report on marketing performance
- Technological fluency – comfortable using Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Ads
- Project management experience – ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Eye for design – at least 1 year of experience working with Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, or similar design tools to create marketing materials
- Self-starter with a customer service mindset – strong attention to detail, accuracy, and proactive communication
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years of marketing experience within a multi-site healthcare organization OR
- 3–4 years of marketing experience managing multi-site businesses
Travel Requirement
- This role will require occasional travel to practices, up to 10%. Most travel will be same-day trips, but some overnight travel may be required based on business needs
