To further enhance our data-driven approach to social media engagement with Japanese customers, we are seeking a talented Social Operations Manager. In this role, you will lead the data analysis and insights generation for our "Always-on" social media strategy, focusing on optimizing content performance and audience engagement through comprehensive data analysis. You will serve as a key strategist between advertising agencies and Amazon teams, ensuring data-driven decision-making and strategic alignment while streamlining stakeholder interactions. Additionally, you will collaborate with the global social team to implement advanced analytics, manage measurement frameworks, and develop security protocols for the JP team. We are looking for someone with experience in managing business social media accounts, proficiency in analysis and process development using various tools such as Excel, Sprinklr, and AirTable, and a passion for entertainment genres. Key Job Responsibilities Support the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance engagement and promote a wide range of titles Assist in producing, scheduling, and managing daily social media content that captivates audiences and communicates new release information Facilitate coordination between advertising agencies and Amazon teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of campaign objectives Collaborate with global teams to manage various tools and security protocols BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience 3+ years of experience in managing corporate or brand social media accounts Proficiency in basic business software including Microsoft Office Professional-level Japanese and business-level English communication skills Ability to proactively identify process and data issues and propose improvements PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience with social media management tools such as Sprinklr Experience working in the Japanese entertainment industry or social media industry Experience in statistical data analysis #J-18808-Ljbffr
