We are seeking a Marketing Analyst, ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience, to support our real estate development projects. This role combines market research, digital marketing, and sales analytics, providing an excellent opportunity to grow in a dynamic industry. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and target audiences. Assist in developing and managing media planning for digital and traditional advertising campaigns. Support digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure marketing materials align with brand positioning. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.) to assist with marketing assets (optional but welcome). Analyze sales data, lead conversion rates, and customer behavior to optimize marketing and sales strategies. Prepare reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and ROI. Work closely with the sales team to provide data-driven insights for lead generation and client engagement. Campaign Management & Coordination: Assist in planning and executing real estate launch events, open houses, and promotional activities. Manage marketing budgets and coordinate with external agencies, media buyers, and partners. Optimize content strategy for real estate listings, social media, and email campaigns. Who Should Apply? Basic knowledge of media planning and digital advertising. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
