Hire, train, and motivate your team to provide better customer service to your clients. Use marketing campaigns, telemarketing, e-commerce, site visits, and other ways to actively pursue new business. Grow real estate agent loyalty while also generating new business by nurturing potential prospects. Qualifications:
Computer skills are needed for this position, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Minimum of 5 or more years experience in sales and marketing with some experience in sales management. Strong understanding of marketing strategies and best practices. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Minimum of 5 or more years experience in real estate sales and marketing with some experience in sales management. Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 per year
