Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute marketing projects supporting the Family Office and 'Detail Oriented' Services groups.
• Utilize a project management system for optimal organization and efficiency.
• Facilitate communication within the team through effective written and verbal skills.
• Edit Zoom recordings for weekly video podcasts, including adding templated intros and outros.
• Maintain organization and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Use Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign for various projects.
• Utilize CRM, Facebook Insights, and other tools to drive brand awareness and campaign planning.
• Participate in blogging and advertisements to promote the company's services.
• Assist in budget processes to ensure the financial feasibility of marketing projects.• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Ability to interpret and utilize Facebook Insights for campaign optimization
• Understanding of advertisement creation and placement across various platforms
• Proven experience in blogging, with a focus on engaging content creation
• Knowledge of brand awareness strategies and implementation
• Familiarity with budget processes within a marketing context
• Experience in campaign planning and execution, from conceptualization to evaluation
