A well-established and nationally recognized Plaintiff's law firm in Houston, Texas is seeking to add a Marketing Assistant. Our firm has been helping the injured and wronged for over 19+ years in personal injury, insurance claims, and mass tort litigation.

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team and assist with administrative duties, manage content creation, coordinate marketing campaigns, and conduct market research. This role offers a great opportunity for growth and hands-on experience in the marketing field.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of marketing experience and possess a diverse skill set that includes project management, social media marketing, and vendor management. This role requires a self-starter who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and is comfortable working evenings and weekends for event marketing support.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field from an accredited university (Preferred).
• 1+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools and content creation materials.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and tools, particularly Meta.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and an independent thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends (as needed for events).
• Experience in conducting marketing research and analyzing data is a plus.
