We are seeking a talented Intermediate Graphic Designer with a strong focus on hospitality branding and visual identity to join our studio in Brooklyn, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for developing compelling visual concepts and executing designs that enhance the brand image of our hospitality clients. You will collaborate closely with marketing teams, clients, and other designers to create cohesive branding materials, including logos, brochures, advertisements, and digital assets. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design branding materials for hospitality clients, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and target audience. Create visual identities that reflect the unique character and values of various hospitality brands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions on time and within budget. Stay updated with industry trends and design software to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Present design concepts and rationale to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback as necessary. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on branding and visual identity, preferably in the hospitality sector. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work with emphasis on branding and visual identity. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to adapt to various client needs and preferences. Salary and Benefits • Salary is commensurate with ability and experience. • Health insurance including Dental and Vision • 401K available to those with 1+ year at company • 10 days of PTO • 1 week off during company Summer break • 1 week off during company Winter break • Educational stipend for ongoing professional development • Flexible office workweek policy with WFH opportunities and an alternating four day work week.
